Welcome to the Boss Media Network website and advertising portal. By accessing our platform, onboarding as a creator, or launching advertising campaigns with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Creator Eligibility and Registration

To register as a content creator inside the Boss Media Network, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent.
  • You must possess active, authentic social media channels with verifiable reach, engagement, and follower metrics.
  • You must provide accurate contact details, including a valid WhatsApp number and bank payment details for payouts.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any creator registration at our sole discretion.

2. Creator Campaign Commitments

Onboarded creators participating in active campaigns agree to:

  • Deliver campaign content (posts, stories, video integrations) according to the creative guidelines, deadlines, and tracking requirements provided in the campaign brief.
  • Maintain high moral standards and avoid posting defamatory, adult, illegal, or offensive content while active under contract.
  • Ensure all engagement is authentic. The use of bots, fake followers, paid click-farms, or engagement manipulation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate termination and forfeiture of payouts.

3. Weekly Payouts and Financial Terms

Payment terms for active campaign services rendered by creators are as follows:

  • Payments are calculated based on verified tracking metrics (impressions, clicks, and installations) registered on our real-time analytics dashboard.
  • Payouts are processed on a **weekly schedule** and transferred directly to the banking coordinates provided during registration.
  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Decisions made by our finance audit team regarding traffic authenticity and final payout amounts are final.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

By producing content for campaigns run by Boss Media Network, you grant us and the participating brand partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the campaign assets for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Boss Media Network provides its advertising platform and campaign services "as is". We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, conversion ratios, or search ranking metrics for brands. Similarly, we do not guarantee a minimum volume of campaign assignments or fixed income levels for onboarded creators.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
